How Cascade Air operates.
Use the current FlightLinq assignment and make safe, reasonable decisions throughout the flight.
Aircraft assignments
Use an aircraft approved for the selected route in FlightLinq. Follow the configuration and simulator requirements published for that aircraft when applicable.
Bookings and schedules
Book a flight when you reasonably intend to operate it. Release the booking when plans change. Schedule and economy adjustments are recorded by FlightLinq.
Flight reports
File accurate flight data. Add a note when weather, simulator behavior, a diversion, or another operational event materially affected the flight.
Maintenance and economy
Use the aircraft status and financial settings currently shown in FlightLinq. Maintenance status, operating costs, passenger revenue, cargo revenue, and schedule adjustments are part of the airline economy.
Approaches, go-arounds, and diversions
Go around, hold, divert, or change the plan when conditions require it. Safe operational judgment takes priority throughout the flight.
ATC and simulator services
VATSIM, SayIntentions, and offline ATC may be used. Follow the rules of the network or service and comply with controller instructions when practical and safe.
Enforcement
Ordinary operational mistakes are handled with coaching. Repeated noncompliance may lead to operating restrictions or removal. Serious misconduct may be handled immediately.
